Plas-Tanks Industries’ RTP brine maker, the Bryneer, is a bulk salt storage and brine maker fabricated from fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP). The Bryneer brining system offers single source brining components for economical solutions and dependability in USDA-approved resins that are conditioned to meet food grade sanitary guidelines. The Bryneer features:
- Downflow brine making
- OPTIONAL. heat maintenance system
- OPTIONAL. foam insulation for extreme cold temperatures
- OPTIONAL. level control device
A plenum on the bottom of the RTP vessel collects brine evenly over the entire surface area and filters insolubles from effluent saturated brine. An outlet pipe draws brine through a nozzle in the vessel wall. For convenient clean-out access, all Plas-Tanks’ Bryneers are fitted with a side-mounted, leak proof man way near the base.
