TRA-10

The TRA-10 is part of Viking Pump Hygienic's Wright Flow Circumferential Piston Pump Line.  TRA-10 Capacity is up to 450 GPM, Pressure up to 400 PSI, and temperature up to 300 degrees F.   It features:

• Easy disassembly for easy COP (Clean Out of Place)
• Designed to 3A standards
• Efficient handling for low & high viscosity applications
• Exclusive, non-galling WFT 808® alloy rotors standard; permits running at tighter clearances
• High strength 17-4 PH single piece shaft standard on 0300 and larger
• Helical gears, improving load carrying capabilities

TRA-20

The TRA-20 is part of Viking Pump Hygienic's Wright Flow Circumferential Piston Pump Line.  TRA-20 Capacity is up to 450 GPM, Pressure up to 500 PSI, and temperature up to 300 degrees F.  It is a drop in replacement for the Waukesha Universal 2 Pump and interchangeable service parts.   TRA-20 features:

• CIP (Clean In Place) design OPTIONAL.
• Free draining cover with flat body profile option
• Sealed shaft with o-ring on rotor & rotor nut
• Efficient handling for low & high viscosity applications
• Exclusive, non-galling WFT 808® alloy rotors standard; permits running at tighter clearances
• High strength17-4 PH single piece shaft standard
• Improved load carrying capabilities
• Stainless steel bearing retainers standard, prevent rusting

TR-C

The TR-C is part of Viking Pump Hygienic's WrightFlow Centrifugal Pump line.  TR-C capacity is up to 1200 GPM, Pressure up to 117 PSI and Temperature to 248 degrees F.

• 316L construction and sanitary finish in compliance with 3A standards
• TR-C pumps and parts are 100% physically & hydraulically interchangeable with other “C-Series” style products; no piping changes are required
• Open impeller design
• Connections: Clamp (standard), Flange, NPT, Weldable, Bevel Seat,
• Motors are available in IEC and NEMA 56C, TC, & TSC

TR-C+

The TR-C+ delivers improved reliability and cleanability thanks to enhanced shaft and retainer designs. TR-C+ seal, case, adapter, and backplate are interchangeable with standard “C-Series” models. TR-C and other “C-Series” pumps can be converted to TR-C+
