Lightnin offers a range of heavy duty agitators for demanding applications and harsh environments. Top entering Lightnin mixers are available with a wide range of power specifications, motor mounting options, and impeller selections. Some Lightnin mixer models are designed for processes with space limitations on top of the vessel.
Series 10 mixer is a medium torque top entering mixer that is durable, versatile, and cost-effective, with minimal maintenance. Long bearing and gear life are ensured by the large taper roller bearings and speed reducers that are engineered to handle large variations in mixer load. In-line helical gearing and parallel shafts increase efficiency.
70 Series medium torque top entry mixers are available with double and triple reduction gearing, with a wide range of power – 1-200 HP (.75-150kW) and speeds from 280 down to 9 rpm.
80 Series mixers are a medium torque top entering agitator for arduous duties. With the first-of-its-kind hollow quill drive design, the 80 series leads the industry with isolating shaft flexures, assuring long life in some of the toughest applications. 80 series mixers are ideal for processes with high fluid forces on the impellers and long impeller shaft application.
