Chemical Feed Pump Systems
Standard chemical feed pump systems are designed for nearly any chemical dosing application. These chemical injection packages are tailored to the application and are available with either Pulsafeeder Eclipse Series Rotary Gear Pumps or Pulsafeeder Diaphragm metering pumps.
Each unit is pre-assembled and tested for quick installation and easy start-up. Customized configurations are available to include integrated controllers or timers.
Custom Engineered Chemical Injection Skids
Chemical injection packages for petrochemical, refining, and oil & gas applications present unique challenges due to the need for safety, reliability, and precise control. Engineered skids are designed and fabricated to customer specifications, range from one-pump skids to multi-pump skids, and are designed to be compliant with relevant standards (ASME, API, ATEX).
